IML: I despirately need 2 bolts for swivel seat arm rest

Someone replaced the original flat 2 bolts that hold down the front arm rest at some point on my front swivel seats.  When I swivel them out they hit this bolt and keep hitting the chrome bar on the back.  This prevents the seats from moving all the way out.  I am hoping that someone has the correct bolts (probably chrome) so I can now operate these seats properly.

Additionally I am also looking for some silver grey metallic leather paint to make them look new again.  Any thoughts for suppliers are welcomed.
