that's a good question, and I don't know about that
system, but they didn't redesign things each year, so
I'd presume yes and will await the concensus of the
peanut gallery, but do want to point out that the MTSC
stuff is best used by scrolling several years ahead of
and behind whatever year you are dealing with.

The 57-62 or 63 cars are related in many ways, and so
are other batches of cars or technologies.  Therefore
what was good, factual information in 1954 was also
good for 53 and 55 at the least.

They'd introduce stuff early the year before to get
ahdead of the new stuff or publish things later in
response to perceived needs in training, so pay more
attention to 5-year eras than each year in MTSC is my
suggestion, since the principals on an alternator
don't change all that much for the 60's, but saw the
solid state voltage regulator intro'd later for example.
