Hello All, i was under the impression that the double rings only came with the Ghia option on the LeBaron?
Ghia was not an option, they were the makers of the Crown Imperial (limo) version of the car. In '59 there were only 7 of these made and they cost $16,000 with the LeBaron somewhere around $6000. I don't know that all LeBarons had the dual rings but many of them, including mine, came with them. I have heard that this was a mid year change but I have no proof to back that up.
