Re: IML: WIth Me Or Against Me

I fail to see why we're making an issue out of this.  Tom inadvertently sent his email to the list.  He recognized that an apologized.  Shouldn't that be the end of it?  God know I've already hit the ENTER button before making sure it was the appropriate thing to do.
If it's the content of the message, get over it.  Differing opinions is what created this country in the first place.  Politics aside, Tom is one of the more knowledgeable persons I've encountered on this list.  He is a definite asset to the Imperial community.  Our kind is a diminishing breed the older our cars get.  I don't see the benefit of banishing one of our own.

Hi Tom,

I can only speak for myself - but of course!  I know of no one, including myself, that hasn't made a wrong mouse click and sent something to the un-intended.  I'm reasonably sure the world will continue to spin.
As far as I'm concerned your offer on the same day to help total strangers interested in a Chrysler product in your area proves your worth to the group and to me.
Good luck with your gardening project.

I plead guilty to being an idiot for getting the click marks on my yahoo address book management system goofed up.  I had no intention of sending this to the IML which I fully understand and accept for what it is.  Up to now, I have enjoyed being in it for help in getting my car restored.
If you are calling me an idiot because  you are a rush limbaugh george bush right wingnut, I will be happy to have nothing further to do with you and your kind who I am trying to purge from my sphere of friends.  Many on the site have accepted my apology for the mis-step at the keyboard.  Will you?  --Tom Higgins

To All My Friends and Acquaintances:  We just learned that Carl will not be allowed to teach again in Arizona thanks to the efforts of the chrisitan republican right wing's efforts in the state legislature and the country at large probably.  The purpose of this note is to purge once and for all from my heart and my email address book any and all closet republican christian right wing sympathizers hiding therein.  Unless you are on my side which is the left side and in fierce defense of the civil liberties and freedoms being systematically taken from the rest of us by the heavy handed right-loaded government, I bid you adieu.  If you are not with me in my quest to seek out and destroy republicans wherever they might be lurking, you are by definition against me and you must remove me from your address list and have no further contact with me ever again.  This is not a joke or a chain letter.  I am deadly serious.  Thank you.
