IML: Where are the 56 Imperials?

After my self-introduction, where the link was included, here an extra topic:

*Do you own a 1956 Imperial? Or know someone?*

It would be nice to get pictures and some information (for example: options, transmission, serial number / VIN, and whatever you want to tell) of your car!
So I can add it to my registry on www.1956imperial.de

We're trying to find out, how many of the 10628 Imperials built in 1956 survived and where they are today.

Up to now there are 16 cars online and I got 6 more cars mailed. Some other owners promised to send informations soon.
But many mails returned cause the email addresses were unknown.
Also many owners are not registered 'til now but maybe they're members of the IML.

It would also be nice if you look at the site and tell me if I made some mistakes. Jim Bennett for example saw that I placed the power windows under options but they were standard. He also told me, that there was a rare option: a clock in the center of the steering wheel - I never heard of it before.

Feel free to contact me! Everything about the 56 Imperial is welcome!
