IML: 57 vs 58 imp

Leonardo,
I just want to say that I would consider my auto life complete if I could have my parent's '57 green and white 4 door Imperial back in my possession. I absolutely loved the car, although , when it was new it was nothing but one problem after another. I remember 2 distinct problems with it. First, we left for Miami Beach right after Dad bought the car and the a/c broke on the way. Second, i was "rolling" the passenger window up, on the way to school one morning, and I had to grab it at the top or it would have run right out of the door and fallen into the street!! Lots of other problems, too, but I don't remember each one.
Once the car was made right , it was the coolest thing around, and once I got my drivers license in 1960, and was allowed to drive it on special occasions, it was a tire smokin' fire breathin' monster!!
I think the '58 has a nicer grille, but like I said, I loved our '57! I am almost 63 now, and still miss that car!
