I have a '60 sedan which is the same set up.  The glass in the four door hardtops is significantly larger than those in the sedans with their aluminum door frames.  Just be glad you don't have a '60 (one year only sedan).  You should be able to use glass from any 1957-1959 Imperial sedan.
