IML: BEWARE DVAP: the sequel

I went to Montreal to get my rear bumper sent by Desert Valley Auto Parts.
The 250$ Arizona desert dry thing ( plus shipping at the wrong city for more than the part's cost) was :
slightly bent,
substantially scratched
and rusted on both under outward ends.

The cardboard box was ok.
That was misleading.
But word is around that DVAP management is working hard to screw that up too on all future shipments so clients will have a good idea of what is inside the package just by looking at the ugly beaten weathered box.
