Thanks for the info. I am sure that you are correct and will have no problems.
I have looked on-line and they say from various sources do not use the newer stuff in older cars.
I would like to use the latest technology and not rely on stuff that was developed who knows when.
However, in this case I will go with the old technology.

I put DexCool in my '66 in April 1997 and have
not had any reason to change it since then.
Still looks bright and clear. The car always
runs cool. Of course, it very seldom gets
below freezing in Southern California, so I
cannot write anything about its antifreeze
ability.

I know about the criticisms of DexCool since
that time, but it's worked fine for me.
