Thanks, this really helps! I must have overlooked this part (ignition switch + lock arent mentioned in the index, so I browsed through the book). Are there any special precautions I should take, that are not mentioned in the manual? Or is it a pretty straightforward job on a 65?
 
(I remember doing this on a 72 or 73 a few years ago, and it was a pain...)

A friend over here with a 65 called me, he has troule in replacing the
ignition lock/switch on his 65, and especially in removing the panels.



I'm going to help him out during the weekend. I already checked my 65
shopmanual, but I'm not sure what to expect (I cant recall exactly how
a 65 adsh looks like). Has anybody some tips&tricks?
