IML: Are you having trouble sending mail to the list?

Hi All:
    I have had a few people e-mail and let me know they are not 
able to send messages to the mailing list.  If you are not able to 
post please e-mail me off line and let me know.  If you got a 
message back stating that your message failed please forward that 
message to me.  My e-mail address is imperial59@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
