IML: Loss of IML service

I seem to have spotted a potential problem with the IML, especially in 
the case of digest mode.  Several times I lost the ability to post 
and.receive IML e-mails after visiting the club web page where you can 
access the Imperial Registry and other related items.  It is as though 
something is activated while accessing those links that kills the proper 
operation on my end.  Has anyone else noticed a similar set of problems?
