Lawrence,
  The first thing that I recommend that you do is to go to a
local Chrysler dealer and see if they can print out the
PRODUCTION BROADCAST for you.  They may not charge you for it
(?).
  The rumble in the front end maybe the half-shafts/CV joints and
that the engine/tranny may not have been centered properly.  Do
you know when/IF the struts from been replaced, and if you have 2
or four wheel air suspension?  It really sounds like this is a
VERY BASIC vehicle, which in itself can be EXTREMELY rare for the
90's Imperials.  Does it have digital dash, Auto lighting, Auto
Temp A/C, overhead mileage computer, or A/M F/M Cassette radio?
