We try to respond to all inbound messages at the
website in a timely manner.  If you got no reply,
please - Please don't take it the wrong way and
presume that the mail did not go through.

I'm posting my response here for general information
to all.

The most effective way to format a submission is to
have photos that have names or numbers on them
attached.  Then write a word document or email text
that has references to each photo in parentheses
(photo 9 here) to indicate which image goes where in
the text so that we can format it for you.

I should note that we have about 15 people's
submissions queued up and waiting in our inbox, and
that is part of the reason for asking people for help
in posting material - we are in need and it only
happens when people devote time/energy.  -There is
just more material than the current workforce can
process.  We try to prioritize members' submissions
over documents, since the documents are usually a lot
more patient with us, and members really should come
first.
