RE: IML: 1956 354 hemi or poly?

It is my understanding (and Im wrong more than I care to admit) that pre 62 poly blocks will accept hemi heads. I think it only involves the earlier motors with a valley pan cover seperate from the intake manifold.  Geoff Simpson
