Well Chris,

I too have a sagging car problem at the rear :)
I solved it with a pair of Monroe Air Shocks (mind you that I have a couple 
of very havy LPG tanks in the trunk of the car).
Those Monroe Air Shocks can be "pumped up" just like a tire (same type of 
valve) to compensate a sagging rear end.
I am very happy with them, the car is level now (and I even can raise the 
rear higher if I want, to compensate for heavy loads) and the ride is still 
smooth.
