Budd brake pads?

Hello all;
 I thought that Frank Mitchell was buying his Budd pads through Parts
America, or some other jobber, and was then flipping them through E-Bay? As
I recall one of these outfits ran out of them temporarilly because Franky
tried to corner the market by cleaning them out. Of course it didn't work
because, like anything else, who in business wouldn't continue to stock a
product that sells so well.
