IML: Wiring Harness

I had a complete dash/engine/head light harness made for my '59 Plymouth by "Y and Z." They did an excellent job. I don't have the URL of their web site handy.

Another good place to get a harness reproduced is Rhode Island Wiring Service. Their web site is here:

Been through two under the hood fires myself. Both fuel related. The important thing is nobody was injured.

Did you try Murray Park for a used replacement harness? I've dealt with him several times and he has good used stuff.

Finding good used wiring can be tricky.

What I hate about used automotive wiring is either the connectors are corroded by moisture in vehicles from damp climates or if the wiring comes from a dry southwestern car, the insulation is cracked and brittle.

May the rest of the Holiday Season be kind to you. Please keep us posted.

K.
