Chrysler Corp. did not make a good design job for 1960-61 Chrysler
and DeSoto trunk lids. All the water stay on the top edge of rear panel.
I drilled two holes to the both sides of top edges of rear panel near
trunk weatherstrip goes and installed sleeves to them and put rubber
pipes trough trunk floor plugs beside rear panel. Now the water will
drip to the ground.
No garage queens here in the summer! Although I have an Evolution 4
stormweave car cover.
Otherwise 1960-61 Mopars have better quality from the factory than
1957-59s.
