Can't tell if it is early or late production by that two-toning, The
full-length moulding was the standard trim on the Belvedere 2-door sedan,
4-door sedan, and wagon through the whole year. The fancy Sportone trim
became an option on those models shortly after the models were introduced.
So if you see a Belvedere sedan with Sportone, you know it is not an early
production model.
But it is nice to see some Forward Look cars in films for a change. Far
too many 56-57 Chevies.

This new film briefly features a beautiful two-tone early-'55 (no side
two-toning but a full-length molding) Plymouth Belvedere V-8 four-door
sedan.
