[FWDLK] Anti-Sway Bars

Under the '60 Saratoga on Sunday (I forgot how much fun it is to replace sparkplugs on a 383 :-p ), and saw that the front antisway is there, but is not connected to the suspension.  Looks like the end is supposed to go into a rubber "8-shaped" piece, but is just hanging free on both sides.  Anyone go through replacing these rubber connectors?  What are they called?  Where can we get them? Cost?

Other problem (power brakes stay on the floor until I "toe" it back up) may be caused by a broken plastic "T".  I saw that the plastic "T" that goes to the power booster canister and the engine was broken (had duct tape on it).  Could that cause the PB to lose vacuum and stay down?

Thanks for any advice.

Larry (Akron)
