By chance, I happen to know a few people who clean glass
professionally. Each one has the same formula for streak-free glass.
Use a few drops of Dawn dishwashing liquid in a quart spray bottle. It's
harmless to all surfaces and cleans to a streak-free shine. I also use
dawn for washing my cars, as well. It does a great job! Here's one
more use - for washing your oily hands after you're done working on your
baby. It might not get out all the ground-in grease, but it certainly gets
off most of it so you can safely touch other things in the house without having
your wife go ballistic!

Folks...
I can't seem to prevent streaking when I clean the windows of my '55 and
'56 NYer St. Regis cars. Does anyone have sure fire method of getting
streakless clean windows?
