According to the 1955 Plymouth option codes, released mid-year, accessory
group 412 was an added option that included "Safety Glamour Guards - Rear
Bumper." Any customer who ordered option 412 - no matter the body or trim
style - received those funky bumper wings. And perhaps this option group
