[FWDLK] frame and bodyshell restoration

I just lifted the body off the frame of my '58 plymouth belvedere 2-door
hardtop and I heard there's places that can dip the whole thing in acid or
something. Has anyone had experience with this? I'm thinking sandblasting
would leave media inside the box-section frame and cavities in the bodyshell.
Also- I get my rubber parts from Andy Bernbaum auto parts near Boston, I live
in so. calif.- any better places to get parts?
