Can you explain how to get to the felt wick again? You just remove the intstrument cluster from the housing and it's where the cable enters the housing? Or did I miss something?

regarding the speedometers,
that felt wick, as per ownership, also applies to 54 desotos, 54 plymouths, 57
plymouths, and my 59 probably has 1 too.. my 63 fairlane even had a similar
rendition! i'd say its safe to say that at least 53-58 mopars use this
lubricative method.
