I agree w/ Brian S., there is nothing better than Westley's.
Multiple applications, let it soak on the stains, DON'T wet the
tire first.
It was only a couple of years ago I discovered the rest of the
secret to really white tires: a BRASS bristled scrub brush.
Brass will not damage the rubber at all.
