as Dave Stragand recently re-iterated:...if you have a person-specific bit
of information to deliver, it would really be helpful to the rest of us if
you sent your E-mail to that person alone. On the other hand, if you truly
feel the whole List will benefit from your information, then go ahead and
send it to all.
