[FWDLK] Tire / Wheel Sizing

Seems like every several weeks we get into discussing changes of
tire and wheel sizes or discussions of modern sizing.  It is
always important to know what you end up with when you change.
Here is a useful page that was referred to me to help with
deterring the difference between old and new tire sizes.
