But as long as you have the original plastic or ceramic insulators to put
over the wires all you need is bare wire with the electrical connector on
it.  You just push or pull on the insulator and its done.   That is all the
original ones did.

I made a tool out of electrical conduit that has a hollow section that holds
the rubber boot while you push it into the spark plug hole.  I bought a set
of modern 360 plug wires because I couldn't find an inexpensive source of
good boots and "make em yourself" plug wires.  Seems like all the auto
stores only stock pre-made wires anymore.

  ...and they need to be long enough for a Hemi and 7mm so that the plug
boots will fit. Rubber boots are to flimsy to get the connector on the plug.
