He is simply someone, if you choose to do business with him, that you
understand will need to be watched carefully. Some have accused him of bait
and switch, while others paid for and never received merchandise. This is
long before he was "fmmpar" on eBay. I occasionally still buy something of
his, because he does have some cool stuff, this hubcap among them. But be
very very careful. Look at his feedback rating, 30 some negatives and
almost the same number of neutrals, in about 2 years. . .
