Things learned today

There are still honest business men. I sent the radiator for my 56 Plymouth
to the shop to get the shroud bracket put on and have it cleaned out. He
cleaned it, tested it, put the bracket on and painted it for a whopping $30.
He could have said it was no good and I would have bought a new one.

there are 22 wires in the main wiring harness that goes from under the dash
to the outside of the car. of a 56 plymouth 6 cylinder.

I had two power steering pumps for my car. the 55 gallon drum kind with the
ring to hold the lid on and the newer style with the screw in dipstick.
well, the dipstick one will not fit on a 6 cyl beacuse the distributor is in
the way. Luckily I have the other kind, but that sets me back another couple
days beacuse I have to clean it and paint it.
