go for it. Just takes time and patience. Easiest to do when whole car has been disassembled to me but what the heck. Got to put a new one in my 55 when I get it painted. Had the wiring laying here for a year waiting so should get to it!

I am facing the prospect of installing a new wiring harness in my 59 Dodge. Has anyone done this? Any tips? Do's or don'ts? A local shop charges $350 to do it. Not sure I trust them tearing my car apart to do the deed, but is it the way to go?
