John Bartell sounds like he has a nice forward look accessory in the 57
Crestliner Jetstreak Boat. More info is available from
www.retrocrestliner.com. I do not know these folks but some information is
there. I built my 55 St.Regis to tow my 57 Greavette Speedboat to boat
shows. Boats are an awful disease, I currently have 5 of them restored with
the newest being the 1957 Greavette with a 318 Poly, 4 bbl and a lot of
chrome. It would be nice to see more of the finned variety behind the
Forward Look Cars. Took the St.Regis on a cruise the other day and got a lot
of curious looks, to my knowledge at least one person really knew what it
was, but a lot of folks told me their Dad had one, same color, (pearl red &
white) One knowledgeable chap told my wife I shouldn't have put that funny
engine (331 hemi) in but left the original! If only I had known!
