Roy, I probably should have mentioned that these incidents were all just prior to him coming to eBay.  His business practices were VERY poor before he took on the new name.  But perhaps the profit incentive of being an eBay seller will clean up his act.  or perhaps not.  Time will tell.  I agree it is good to give people another chance but with the folks stories I mentioned, he blew his chances continuously.

Hi Wayne,
     I do think "The Problem," him being new to eBay, was miss understanding of his listing. I think he trying to get it right and will turn out to be a great seller.
     I was just thinking I'm not very smart, if I wasn't defending him I wouldn't have people on the LIST bidding against me. But fair is fair
