I recently sold my '56
Coronet 2-door hardtop to an acquaintance. The car only had a couple of
the original headliner panels when I bought it and one of them was in real bad
shape so I pitched it. The original panels were the individual white
sections with holes that fit into the slots of the crossbars. Does anyone
know where those panels can be found and would you have any idea as to the
cost? I've seen 4X8 wall panels very similar in stores that sell housing
stuff and before I sold the car I was thinking of buying a couple of those and
cutting them to size. Any info as to where the original type of
panels can be found or any opinions about using the wall
panels?
