Actually not at all, for a long time the manufacturers frowned
on anyone ordering a 6 banger car with A/C. (as far as I remember)
It was ODD to see a full size mid 60's ford one day with the 6 banger
and factory A/C.  (I saw this car back in the early 70's)
On a small car not so much of a prob, but for a large car and
only a 6 in it, then thats where the problems were.
