according to Hollander's Interchange circa 1961, that manifold will fit a
(non fuel-injected) 58-9 Adventurer,  58 Dodge D-500 with a/c,   59 Dodge
D-500 w/ Hi Perf engine, and the 58 Fury with 350 engine. What I dont know
is what it came on originally
