[FWDLK] Variably Dueling Wipers

I posed a question a whiles back, Re: max-speed of variable (or not)
wiper-systems.

I timed my Variable-Speed wipers, @ max-speed, for a full minute,
(while (washing-down the windshield) and recorded a 'whopping' 32
complete (up-down) operations. Good thing, it never rains in SoCal.

By contrast, the "Christine"-movie-car appeared to have "much" faster
wiper-operation, although I have not yet 'timed' its revolutions, with a
stopwatch.

So, how do "your" cars' wipers perform?

And, is there any way to 'hot-rod' the performance of the wiper
controls/motor ? (I'm running out of things to do , for Horace, after
22 years of ownership!)
