This sounds like a somewhat popular Aftermarket
intake for Hilbourn type injectors, possibly made by Edelbrock, and likely used
for drag racers and Lakes Racers. Not very suitable for street use, with
poor throttle reaction, stumbling and poor idle; good only for getting to the
starting line, and flat-out full throttle pouring-it-on.
