Not 6.70 x 15 on a Chrysler.  That's a Plymouth size.  I
imagine Chrysler was about a 8.20 x 15.  These are original
bias ply sizes.  I have a lot better luck with bias on my
'55 DeSoto, which is pretty close to yours.
