I've got a FedEx Express rate book that shows a  basic rate of $118.90 for 18 lb pkg going to Germany. My book is a few months old so rate might be a little higher. Also they measure pkg and if if exceeds a certain size in relation to its weight you are charged by "dimensional weight".  In other words a large light pkg takes up a lot of space on an airplane so the size/weight is figured accordingly. Call their international 800 # 1-800-247-4747 or I think www.fedex.com can give you rates.

Hi to All,

   I need to ship a large part to Germany and it is a little to big to go USPS.  I checked UPS and it is quite expensive but may have to go that way any way.  Does any one know of shipping something like this overseas.  It is about 66" X 17" X 16" and weighs about 18 pounds.
