I have dealt with him a couple of times and always
been satisfied
One time I won a NOS fuel gauge for my 59 Desoto
for 20 bucks
He shipped it and I promptly ruined it through a
goofy mistake
I called him to see if he had anymore and I figured
it would be an arm and a leg. I never expected to get it as cheap as $20 again.
While on the phone he asked me how much the bid was and sold me a second one at
my bid price. I did end up buying some more products from him. I have always
felt good about dealing with him. He can be a little hard to get a hold of at
times.

I have dealt with Frank. I was to visit friends in the
U.S. and had stuff sent to them and a wrong item got shipped. I hadn't heard
back by email and I noticed on his store that he can be hard to get a hold of
if he is away at a show. I paniced and called him by phone. It turned
out he had already shipped the correct item, sent a shipping label and funds
to have the wrong item forwarded to the correct party and gave me a great deal
on another item. I felt he more than stood behind his commitments. So,
maybe call him.
