Hello,
Has
anyone e-mailed SMS and never got a reply? I emailed them about a week ago
and still nothing. I've wrote to them before (US Postal) and received
letters back but not all of my questions are answered. They usually leave a note
to call with my questions. Now that's all well and good but I want my questions
answered in writing. I've heard good and bad about them and I'm not about to
give up what's taken me a good six months to put aside for my door panels. I'm
not going to deal with someone who only goes by phone conversation for something
I'll quite possibly spend $1000 for. There's alot of details that need to
be gone over and I want to make sure there down where they can be read by the
maker. I'm open to opinions. Thanks for all of your help in advance.
