Cause some dummies (not all dummies) don't know that gas valves do not have standard threads, and they try to screw standard fittings on and create gas leaks...kaboom!...dead dummy!

Also your propane tank for your gas grill has a left handed thread. I can understand why the saws have them but why propane tanks? John Z
