Luckily, the closest DMV office to me is somewhat out of the way and
hidden...not to mention in a less busy part of the town...  I had the
misfortune of having to drive to one of the offices closer to downtown a
couple times...maybe they should devote more resources to getting things
processed and taken care of...they could always hire a couple more people.
I always like it when there's a huge line, and a couple of the employees
head out to lunch.

Like Neil said, try looking for a DMV that's out of the way or in a smaller
town...of course, don't spend 3 hours looking when the wait in the closest
DMV may only be an hour...
