[FWDLK] How to fix wheel lockup??

The left front wheel locks up briefly on my 58 DeSoto
after the brakes are applied.  We replaced master
cyllinder and wheel cyllinders, and bled the brake
lines, but this still happens.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
