I cant give you the "full report", but although there are numbers stamped on
the frame rails of the 59 Plymouth, there seems to be no present day
relevance to them.
The numbers can be found on the inside (or top..I cant remember which) of
the frame rail on the drivers side as it passes over the rear axle
