[FWDLK] Numbers on the Frame

This may or may not help very much but GM Chevrolet in 1957 put the VIN
number on the top of the frame at the drivers door. This was used back in
1970 to verify the VIN on the car when I retitled it from
Florida/Pennsylvania to Ohio.
