I just got a permit to build a carport. I'll be digging one foot round holes. I have to put up an erosion control fence, all around the job site. It is on a flat, I'm talking real flat, site. I will be doing more excavating to install the fence then to dig the holes. Just stupid!!! And the erosion and water run off permits, was more $ then the building permit.
