Title: Re: [FWDLK] water pump
Don't know if still available, but check with NAPA. 5-6 years ago I bought a NEW lifetime pump from them for my Lil Red Express 360, for $5 more than their rebuilt.

What engine? If it is a B-engine(361 or 383) a water pump for a later model 383, 400 or 440 should fit right in. Should still be a lot of them available most anywhere new or rebuilt.
Yes, you do just remove those 4 bolts, the rest of it can remain on the engine.

Hey does anyone know where I can get a water pump for my 61 newport.. I called egge and they can only re-build mine for $42 and about 2 weeks to do the work.

Which brings me to my next question&&can I just remove the impeller part of the entire water pump assembly&&.it seems like only 4 small bolts and they are easy to get to. ?.........if I study it &it seems logical to just remove the impeller part since that is the only thing with moving parts.
